SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – For the third time this season and 14th of his career, South Dakota State Mike Daum was named The Summit League's Player of the Week. The Kimball, Neb., native put together a pair of double-doubles in two blowout victories for the Jackrabbits this past week.

In a 75-47 victory over Kansas City, Daum finished with 26 points and was one rebound shy of his career-high in that category as he snatched a season-high 18 boards against the Kangaroos.

At the U.S. Bank Classic in Minneapolis, Daum scored a game-high 24 points and added 11 rebounds to register his seventh double-double in nine games this season in an 82-50 drubbing of Northern Iowa. He went 6-for-9 from the floor and 11-for-12 from the foul stripe to land right on his season scoring average.
