DES MOINES, Iowa (godrakebulldogs.com) – The Drake University men's tennis team learned its draw for the NCAA Tournament on Tuesday (May 1) and will open the tournament against No. 19 Vanderbilt in Champaign, Ill. on Saturday, May 12 at 12 p.m.
 
The other two teams in the region are No. 8 Illinois and Marquette.
 
It will be the first meeting between the Bulldogs and the Commodores in the NCAA Tournament.
 
The Bulldogs, who registered their second-ever tournament victory in 2015 versus Louisville, are making their 11th NCAA Championship appearance.
 
Drake was chosen to play at the Atkins Tennis Center on the campus of Illinois for the seventh time as the Bulldogs advanced to the second round before falling to the Fighting Illini in their last trip in 2015.

Ticket prices for the First and Second rounds will be $5 for adults and $3 for students and can be purchased at the Khan Outdoor Tennis Complex starting one hour prior to the first match each day. One ticket is valid for one admission to all matches on the day the ticket is purchased. Spectator parking is available east of the Khan Outdoor Tennis Complex off of Goodwin Ave. Spectators can enter the Khan Outdoor Tennis Complex from this lot.
