Get to Know Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is a fall Q&A feature profiling Summit League SAAC representatives. These SAAC representatives provide a glimpse into their personal life away from their sport and what it is like being a student-athlete.

In this week's installment, a senior distance runner on the Oral Roberts women's Cross Country and Track & Field teams, Madison Guenzler, is profiled.

What is your favorite vacation spot?  A white sandy beach.

What is currently on your music play list? I like a mix of things, so you can usually catch me listening to anything from the 80's to Britney Spears.

What is your funniest memory from youth sports? In high school, we would blast Katy Perry throughout the entire cross country course.  It was highly motivating!

Which actor/actress would play you in a movie? Sandra Bullock

What do you remember about your first college competition? The extremely long and steep hills at the University of Kansas.

Who was your favorite athlete growing up?  Shalane Flanagan - she is an accomplished USA distance runner and even though she has had multiple injuries, she continues to work through them and be a competitor.

Who is your favorite professional sports team? Chicago Cubs

What are three things in life you couldn't live without? Energy drink, athletic capris, and a good book.

Which three people would you want to have dinner with (current or historical)? Ivanka Trump, Julie Andrews, and Audrey Hepburn.

What is your favorite television show or movie? My favorite movies are a tie between Parent Trap and Top Gun.

What is the best advice you've ever received? If at first you do not succeed try, try again.

What attracted you to your institution? The people and the school's environment is incredibly friendly and warm.

What has been your most memorable moment as a student-athlete? My teammates.  They make 6 a.m. practice, hill repeats, and 12 mile runs fun!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned from being a student-athlete? Perseverance - you can do more than you think you can.

What is your favorite spot on campus? The coffee shop in our main academic building, because I always see someone I know and it's a great place to socialize.

What is your dream job/career? Be a morning talk show host on a major network.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? New York City, because there is always something going on and the lights are so bright!

If you could have one superpower what would it be? The ability to teleport, because the bus ride from Tulsa to Fargo is quite long!
