Holdsworth
earns Athlete of the Week honors after leading the Golden Grizzlies
to wins over IUPUI and Wayne State last weekend at the Golden
Grizzly Quad Meet. He clocked a personal-best time of 9:39.71 in
the 1,000 freestyle, the top time in the league this season. He
then won the 200 butterfly with a league-best time of 1:52.68.
Holdsworth also swam the second leg of the 400 free relay team that
posted a league-best time of 3:06.54.

claims Athlete of the Week honors after leading Oakland to a 3-1
record last week. She was instrumental in a narrow 122-121 win over
Akron by finishing first in three events. She clocked a season-best
time of 52.89 in the 100 free, won the 200 free and swam the second leg of the winning
200 free relay team that swam a season-best time of 1:38.27. In the
Quad Meet on Saturday, she posted a league-best time of 1:54.27 in
the 200 free to finish in first place.
