OU's Pike Named Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Pike earns Player of the Week honors after helping Oakland
to its first 2-0 start since becoming a Division I program. She
scored 23 points in a 67-52 win at Columbia and tallied a
career-high 26 points in just 18 minutes of play in OU's 107-40 win
over Marygrove. In the two games, Pike shot 21-for-29 (72 percent)
from the field and 5-of-9 from downtown. Pike was the Golden
Grizzlies leading scorer in both games, averaged five rebounds, had
three assists and committed only two turnovers.
