Delahunt captures the Male Athlete of
the Week award after taking home first-place honors in the shot put
at the Panther Open last week by more than three meters. His throw
of 16.99m is currently tops in The Summit League by 3.54m. Delahunt
also placed second in the weight throw with a toss of
17.49m.

Christion
earns Female Athlete of the Week honors after recording two
first-place finishes at the MSU Early Season Open last week. She
broke her own school record in the 200-meter dash, crossing the
finish line in 24.92. Her time of 7.68 in the 60-meter dash tied
her own school record in that event as well. Both times rank first
in the league this season.
