Oakland's Pike Earns Women's Basketball Player of the Week Award

Pike
claims her second Player of the Week honor this season after
averaging 22 points per game in two Golden Grizzly victories last
week. She scored a game-high 25 points in the victory over Siena
and collected 19 points against Niagara. Pike shot 53 percent
(16-of-30) from the field, 50 percent (4-of-8) from behind the arc
and was a perfect 8-of-8 from the line. She also averaged five
rebounds, 1.5 assists and two steals per game. In Oakland's 11
games this season, Pike has scored 10-plus points in all but one
and has scored 20-plus points in five games. She is OU's leading
scorer on the season (18.3 ppg) and is second in The Summit
League.
