Oliveira earns
Offensive Player of the Week honors after posting two
double-doubles and averaging 4.88 kills, 4.00 digs, 0.88 service
aces and 0.75 blocks in two matches last week. In a five-game loss
to Arkansas-Little Rock, she posted a match-high 21 kills to go
with 17 digs, a career-high five service aces and three blocks. In
a sweep of
Oakland, Oliveira tallied a match-high 18 kills on .417 hitting, 15
digs, three blocks and two aces. She has now posted double-digit
kills in 13 straight matches, dating back to last
season.

Duquette nabs
Defensive Player of the Week honors after becoming Oakland's
all-time digs leader and setting the OU single match digs record
last week. In a win over Centenary, the junior finished with 41
digs, surpassing the previous mark of 30 set by Beth Ann Rourk on
Nov. 15, 2002. On Saturday, Duquette surpassed the school record of
1,035 career digs when she tallied 15 against Oral Roberts. She now
has 1,040 on her career. For the week, she averaged 6.45 digs and
0.45 service aces per game.
