IUPUI's Cann Selected as Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Cann
earns the Player of the Week award for the second time this season
after collecting two double-doubles last week and helping the
Jaguars to wins at Centenary (59-45) and Oral Roberts (68-49). She
scored 21 points and grabbed 12 rebounds against the Ladies, while
collecting 18 points and tying a season-high with 14 rebounds vs.
the Golden Eagles. For the week, she averaged 19.5 points and 13
rebounds per game. In the two games, Cann also dished out eight
assists, had a team-high seven steals and shot 52 percent
(14-for-27) from the field. The two double-doubles were also her
league-leading seventh and eighth on the year.
