IUPUI's Reimbold, IPFW's Parker Named Summit League Volleyball Players of the Week

OFFENSIVE

Reimbold claims her first career Offensive Player of the Week award after posting consecutive double-doubles while leading IUPUI to a pair of Summit League victories over Western Illinois and Centenary. Against WIU, Reimbold totaled a career-high 27 kills, matching the highest league total for a four-set match this season, with 11 digs and two aces. Reimbold collected her second consecutive double-double, and the fourth of her career, with 13 kills and 13 digs against Centenary while adding a pair of blocks and assists.

Parker earned her first Defensive Player of the Week honor after helping IPFW to its Summit League victory over Oakland. For the week, Parker averaged 1.17 blocks per set with four against Ball State and three vs. the Golden Grizzlies. Against Ball State, Parker tied a career-high with three service aces. Parker recorded seven kills against Oakland, one shy of her season high. For the season, Parker is one block short of averaging a block per set with 70 blocks in 71 games.
