WIU's Davis, Centenary's Wyatt Collect Athlete of the Week Honors

claims the Male Athlete of the Week award after recording three
first-place finishes at Iowa State. The sophomore from Schaumburg, Ill.,
posted a league-best time of 16:23.96 in the 1,650 free for the
individual title. Davis
also collected a pair of individual titles in the 400 free
(3:17.26) and the 500 free (4:50.29). Davis helped the Leathernecks record a
second-place team finish over the weekend.

Wyatt
earns Female Athlete of the Week honors for the second time this
season after posting four first-places finishes at the Hendrix
Classic. The freshman from
Austin, Texas, recorded her fastest 1,000 free of the season with a
time of 10:33.29 and her time of 2:10.11 in the 200 back ranks in
the top ten in the league. Wyatt broke the Centenary team record in
the 100 back with her impressive mark of 59.74 as the lead off leg
in the 300 back relay. She
also helped the Ladies record a first-place finish in the 400 free
relay with a time of 3:37.77, which is good for second in the
league.
