Ill. – Brett Winkelman collected his first Player of the Week
award after recording a double-double each of North Dakota State's
two Summit League victories. For the week, Winkelman averaged 23.0
points and 13.0 rebounds while also adding 2.0 assists and 2.0
steals per outing. In NDSU's victory over Oral Roberts, Winkelman
collected 20 points and grabbed 12 boards. Two nights later, he
totaled 26 points and 14 rebounds with three assists and three
steals in the Bison win over Centenary.
