Enzler earns
Player of the Week honors after leading the Bison to a 2-1 record
at the Tulsa Festival last weekend. The senior hit .500 over the
three games. As a pinch hitter, she had a sacrifice bunt in her
only at bat against Valparaiso to set up the game-tying run. In a
6-3 win over Eastern Illinois, she was 3-for-3 with two doubles and
two RBI. She delivered an RBI double in the second to cut NDSU's
deficit to 2-1, and doubled and scored to lead off the fourth.
Enzler delivered a game-tying RBI single in the fifth before the
Bison rallied for three runs in the sixth.

Thacker
receives Pitcher of the Week honors after picking up a pair of wins
and a save without a loss in five appearances last week. She tossed
complete-game victories against Louisiana Tech (3-0) and Boston
(7-4), and threw a three-hit shutout against Tech. She also tossed
6.2 scoreless innings of one-hit ball against Texas State. For the
week, she posted a 2.13 ERA and struck out 16 batters.
