CC's Penny, NDSU's Bushland Collect Weekly Baseball Honors

collects Player of the Week honors after hitting .769 in a
four-game sweep of Chicago State last week. He went a combined
10-for-13 with two doubles, four runs scored, five RBI and two
stolen bases. Penny tied his career-high for hits in a game with
four in game one, and he raised his average from .262 prior to the
series to a current average of .382.

Bushland
notched two victories last week en route to capturing Pitcher of
the Week honors. In a 5-4 win over Minnesota, he went 5.0 innings,
giving up only three hits and zero earned runs. He then pitched 4.1
innings of relief work against St. Cloud State, striking out four
and giving up no runs. Bushland is 3-0 on the year and has not
allowed an earned run in his last 15.0 innigs of relief.
