Henderson collects Player of the Week honors after batting .455 (5-of-11) with two runs and four RBI to lead Southern Utah to a series sweep of Oakland last week. She also had three stolen bases. Henderson had the game-winning RBI Saturday when she hit a single to center field with two outs in the sixth inning of a 3-3 ballgame. She also drove in the winning run in the series opener when she singled to drive in two in the fourth inning of a 1-1 ballgame, then went 2-for-4 with two runs scored in the second game.

Whitmer receives Pitcher of the Week honors for the second time this season after going 2-0 on the week. In three appearances, she posted a 1.40 ERA and held the opposition to a .143 batting average. Whitmer struck out 10 batters in 10.0 innings and surrendered just five hits on the week.
