Knuth
earns the Offensive Player of the Week award after helping the
Bison to a 3-1 victory over the Jackrabbits last week. She
registered a match and career-high 18 kills for a 4.50 average,
along with recording a .367 hitting percentage. Knuth also had one
dig for a 0.25 average and three block assists for a 0.75 average.
It was the fifth-highest four-set kills mark in the league thus far
this season.

collects Defensive Player of the Week honors after helping the
Golden Eagles to a perfect 2-0 league record with wins over Oakland
and IPFW. She led ORU with 26 digs on the week and recorded a match
and season-high 17 digs in the 3-0 win over IPFW. For the week,
Ferreira averaged 4.33 digs, 0.50 assists and 0.17 kills per set.
The 17 digs against the Mastodons was the sixth-highest for a
three-set match in the league this season.
