IPFW Sweeps Weekly Volleyball Awards

OFFENSIVE
Rebekah Roehm, MH, IPFW
Sr., Willshire, Ohio/Parkway

Roehm claims her second Offensive Player of the Week award this season after averaging 5.3 kills per set, totaling 26 against Wright State and 27 against league foe Oakland. Roehm had the two highest single-match kill totals in The Summit League, and set a new league record with 94 attempts against Oakland. The senior from Willshire, Ohio, recorded double-doubles in both matches last week, earning her seventh and eighth of the season and 30th of her career. Roehm has notched double-figure kills in her last 11 matches.

Schwartz earns her first Defensive Player of the Week honor after recording 43 digs, averaging 8.6 per set against Oakland, the second highest single-match total in Summit League history. The Decatur Ind., native also set an IPFW school record with her digs total. Schwartz has reached double figure digs in each of her last 10 matches and 16-of-17 this season. She also helped the IPFW team total of 124 digs against Oakland, a team school record.
