ELMHURST, Ill. - IPFW's Deilvez Yearby was named Summit League Player of the Week after averaging 16 points and 7.3 rebounds in 23.7 minutes per game over three contests from Nov. 16-22. The honor is the first of Yearby's career.

Yearby scored 17 points, hauled down nine rebounds and had an assist at Washington State. The next night, he had 11 points, including his first three-pointer of the year, seven boards, one steal and a blocked shot in 22 minutes at Gonzaga. Prior to IPFW's northwest road swing, Yearby had 20 points and six rebounds in 15 minutes against Madonna.

Also nominated: David Perez, Centenary; Alex Young, IUPUI; LaTreze Mushatt, UMKC; Eric Carlson, North Dakota State; Jake Nielson, Southern Utah.
