ELMHURST, Ill. - IUPUI's Robert Glenn and IPFW's Deilvez Yearby
were named Summit League Men's Basketball Co-Players of the Week
for their performances Dec. 15-21. Glenn claimed his third accolade
of the season and fourth of his career while Yearby collected his
second honor of the season and career.
Glenn totaled 27 points and a career-high 13 rebounds for his
first double-double of the season while leading the Jaguars to a
victory over Duquesne. The senior forward from Indianapolis also
matched his career-high with three assists and shot 55.6 percent
(10-of-18) while posting his fifth-straight double-digit scoring
game and fourth 20-plus outing of the year.
Yearby set career-highs with 25 points and 15 rebounds in the
Mastodons' loss at No. 12 Michigan State. The senior forward from
Detroit hit a career-high two three-pointers in the game while
adding a pair of assists and knocking down 9-of-10 free throw
attempts.
