Indoor Track and Field Weekly Awards Announced
MEN
Jared Vlastuin, South Dakota State

Vlastuin earns the first indoor track and field athlete of
the week honor of the season after recording a pair of first-place
finishes in the Mankato Holiday Classic. The sophomore set the
league-best long and high jump marks at 7.17 meters and 1.95
meters, respectively.
Also nominated Ramon Nelson, UMKC; Antoine Hill,
Oakland.
WOMEN
Anna Gagliano, South Dakota State
Fr., Rapid City, S.D./Rapid City Central
Gagliano captures her first athlete of the week accolade after a
first-place finish in the long jump (5.5 meters) and a second-place
finish in the 60-meter hurdles (8.95) in her first collegiate meet.
Gagliano's long jump mark is the seventh-best in school history,
while her 60m hurdles time was fifth-best in school history.
