IUPUI's Hock, SUU's Fitzgerald Earn Player of the Week Accolades

Hock captures her second straight Offensive Player
of the Week award after recording her third consecutive
game-winning goal in a 2-1 overtime victory of Detroit. The
sophomore took a pass from teammate Katrina McCrory in the eighth
minute of the overtime period to give the Jaguars the victory. Hock
now has four goals and eight points on the season. The three
straight game-winning goals also set a new IUPUI school
record.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
BREANA FITZGERALD, FR., GK, SOUTHERN UTAH
Layton, Utah/Northridge
Fitzgerald was selected as the Defensive Player of
the Week after earning the win in a 2-1 Southern Utah victory over
Utah Valley. The match was her first collegiate start in goal and
collected six saves for an .857 save percentage. Fitzgerald
currently has a 0.90 goals against average on the year for the
Thunderbirds.
