NDSU's Plucker Collects First Career Weekly Award
ELMHURST, Ill. - North Dakota State's Abby Plucker was named Summit
League Women's Basketball Player of the Week for her performance
during the week of Jan. 11-17.

Plucker earns her first career Player of the Week honor after
scoring almost half of North Dakota State's points on the week.
Against Western Illinois, the junior scored 34 of her teams' 66
points, a career-high point total, along with four rebounds, three
assists and matched a career-best with four three-pointers. She
followed that up with 18 points and 10 rebounds for her fifth
double-double of the season in the win at IUPUI. Plucker has led
the Bison in rebounding in 16-of-17 games, averaging 9.9 on the
year which is first in the league. For the week, Plucker averaged
26 points, seven rebounds and 2.5 assists. She shot 58 percent
(19-of-33) from the field, 60 percent from downtown (6-of-10) and
was perfect at the free throw line (8-of-8).
