SUU's Pascucci Earns Second Straight Player of the Week Award

League Women's Basketball Player of the Week for her performance
during the week of Dec. 28-Jan. 3

Pascucci earns her second straight award and third of the season
after leading Southern Utah to a pair of league wins. The senior
scored 25 points and pulled down a career-high 19 rebounds to help
the Thunderbirds to their first-ever win over South Dakota State.
She also hit the game-winning shot against SDSU with three seconds
remaining. Pascucci tallied 11 points in the win over North Dakota
State and added 18 points at Gonzaga, who is ranked fourth in the
CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Poll. For the week, the Goodyear,
Ariz., native shot 56 percent (22-of-39) from the field, including
her first career three-pointer and 82 percent from the line
(9-of-11) with nine rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game. In the two
league wins, Pascucci averaged a double-double with 18 points and
11.5 rebounds to go along with three blocks.
