ELMHURST, Ill. - Oakland's Anders Jensen and South Dakota's Lizz Hoffman were named The Summit League's Swimming and Diving Athletes of the Week for their performances Nov. 8-14.


MEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Anders Jensen, Oakland
R-Jr., Copenhagen, Denmark/Falkonergaardens Gymnasium
Anders earns his third career Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week award and first of the season after helping the Golden Grizzlies defeat Eastern Michigan, 182-116. The Copenhagen, Denmark, native recorded three top-two individual finishes. He won the 200 Fly touching the wall at 1:52.96, the second-best league time this season. Jensen also finished second in the 200 Back (1:49.26) and 200 IM (1:56.26). His 200 Back time marks a league-best on the season, while his 200 IM ranks fourth in the league. Jensen was also a member of the first-place 200 Medley Relay team (1:33.36).

WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Lizz Hoffman, South Dakota

Hoffman captures her third career Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week honor and first of the season after posting five individual event wins last week. In a dual meet against Green Bay, she tallied first-place finishes in the 200 Free with a time of 1:54.60, the third-best league time, and in the 500 Free with a time of 5:03.70, which ranks second in the league. Later, she recorded three more individual wins and was a part of two top-three relay teams at the Border Battle. Hoffman won the 50 Free (24.38), 100 Free (52.81) and 200 Free (1:55.81). Her 50 Free and 100 Free times are the second-best league times this season.
