NDSU's Bjorklund Named Player of the Week
ELMHURST, Ill. - North Dakota State's Marshall Bjorklund was named Summit League Player of the Week for his performance during the week of Nov. 21-27.

Bjorklund earned his first career honor after averaging 18.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in a pair of victories. In NDSU's win over Fresno State, Bjorklund posted career-highs with 27 points and 14 rebounds while adding three assists, one blocked shot and one steal. Against the Bulldogs, he converted 12-of-15 shot attempts and collected six offensive boards. Earlier in the week in a victory over Nebraska Omaha, Bjorklund scored 10 points, making 5-of-7 field goals, to go along with seven rebounds in 18 minutes of playing time. For the week, Bjorklund shot 77.3 percent (17-of-22) with 21 rebounds and five assists in two games while helping the Bison to a 6-0 start, their best at the Division I level.
