Oakland's Hamilton, SDSU's Wolters Named Players of the Week
ELMHURST, Ill. - Oakland's Reggie Hamilton and South Dakota State's Nate Wolters were named Summit League Co-Players of the Week for their performances during the week of Dec. 12-18.

Hamilton earned his fourth career honor and second of the season after scoring 41 points and hitting the game-winning shot in a victory at Valparaiso. With Oakland trailing by 17 in the second half, Hamilton scored 10 consecutive points, individually outscored Valpo 12-4 during a key stretch, had three steals in the final minutes and connected on an 18-footer at the buzzer in the win. Hamilton went 14-for-24 from the field, including 5-of-10 from beyond the arc, with four steals and four rebounds against the Crusaders. Earlier in the week, Hamilton turned in a 14-point, three-rebound performance in a win over Rochester College. For the week, he averaged 27.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 2.5 assists per game.

Wolters collected his sixth career accolade and third this season after recording a season-high point total in a convincing victory that snapped Washington's 32-game non-conference home court win streak and gave SDSU its first victory over a Pac-12 opponent. In the win, Wolters scored 34 points, converting 10-of-20 field goal attempts and 13-of-16 free throws, while dishing out seven assists and pulling down five rebounds without committing a turnover in 40 minutes on the court. Earlier in the week, Wolters scored 24 points with six rebounds and five assists against North Dakota. In his two games during the week, Wolters averaged 29.0 points, 6.0 assists and 5.5 rebounds per game while shooting .486 from the field, .444 from beyond the arc and .870 at the charity stripe.
