Oakland's Hamilton, SDSU's Wolters Named Players of the Week
ELMHURST, Ill. - Oakland's Reggie Hamilton and South Dakota State's Nate Wolters were named Summit League Co-Players of the Week for their performances during the week of Nov. 28-Dec. 4.

Hamilton earned his third career honor and first of the season after averaging 23.0 points, 6.0 assists, 4.7 rebounds and 4.0 steals in a trio of Oakland victories. In a nationally-televised victory over Tennessee, Hamilton scored a career-high 35 points, including a career-best 15-for-15 from the free throw line, while adding six rebounds and three assists. In The Summit League opener against South Dakota, he totaled 16 points and a season-high nine assists in 29 minutes and followed that peformance with an 18-point, six-assist, three-rebound effort against UMKC. For the week, Hamilton was 28-of-29 (97 percent) at the charity stripe, connected on 18-of-36 (50 percent) field goal attempts, including 5-of-10 from beyond the arc.

Wolters collected his fifth career accolade and second this season after averaging 24.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 7.5 assists while leading South Dakota State to a pair of Summit League victories. In the league opener, Wolters tied a season-high with 32 points while adding eight rebounds and eight assists in leading SDSU to its first-ever win at IUPUI. Two nights later, Wolters totaled 17 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and just one turnover at Western Illinois. For the week, Wolters vaulted from 33rd to 25th on SDSU's all-time scoring list and recorded a 2.5 assist/turnover ratio while averaging 41 minutes per game.
