ELMHURST, Ill. - Oakland's Anders Jensen and Alyssa Busch were named The Summit League's Swimming and Diving Athletes of the Week for their performances Nov. 29-Dec. 5.


MEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Anders Jensen, Oakland
R-Jr., Copenhagen, Denmark/Falkonergaardens Gymnasium
Anders captures his fourth career Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week award and second-straight this the season after posting four NCAA 'B' Cut qualifying times, four pool records and six meet records at the Eastern Michigan Invite. The junior led the Golden Grizzlies to an overall second-place finish with four individual first-place finishes and two relay wins. He won the 100 (47.63) and 200 (1:43.45) Back with league-best times in both events. Both marks qualified as NCAA 'B' Cut times and set meet and poll records. Jensen also won the 100 Fly (48.49) and the 200 IM (1:49.30), setting two more meet records with league-best times. He was also part of the 200 and 400 Medley Relay teams that posted qualifying NCAA 'B' Cut times and set meet and pool records with league-best times.

WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Alyssa Busch, Oakland

Jr., East Moline, Ill./United Township
Busch earns her first career Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week honor after leading the Golden Grizzlies to a first-place finish at the Eastern Michigan Invite with two NCAA 'B' Cut marks, three meet records and two pool records. The junior swimmer won the 200 Back in a league-best 1:58.82 to record a NCAA 'B' Cut time and set a poll and meet record. She also touched the wall first in the 100 Back with a NCAA 'B' Cut and meet record time of 55.16, the fastest league time this season. Busch added one more first-place finish for her squad as a member of the 400 Medley Relay team, which set a poll and meet record.
