SUU's Pascucci Captures Player of the Week Honors
ELMHURST, Ill. - Southern Utah's Challis Pascucci was named
Summit League Women's Basketball Player of the Week for her
performance during the week of Feb. 22-28.

Pascucci collects her fourth Player of the Week award this
season after shooting 71 percent from the field and breaking the
all-time SUU career rebounding record. The senior tied her
career-high with 28 points and nine rebounds in the win over
Oakland and followed that up with a 19-point, eight-rebound
performance vs. IPFW. Against the Golden Grizzlies, Pascucci became
the Thunderbirds' all-time career rebounding leader, surpassing
Myndee Kay Larsen's total of 913. For the week, she averaged 23.5
points, 8.5 rebounds and recorded two blocked shots and one steal.
She shot 71 percent from the field (15-of-21) and was 90 percent
(17-of-19) at the line while averaging 34.5 minutes per game.
Pascucci leads the league with 13 double-doubles on the year.
