Oakland's Bader Named Player of the Week
ELMHURST, Ill. - Oakland's Travis Bader was named Summit League Player of the Week for his performance Jan. 23-29.

Bader receives his first career award after a record-setting performance in scoring 37 points to lead Oakland to a victory over South Dakota State. The sophomore knocked down a school-record 10 three-pointers, the third-highest game total in Summit League history, on 14 attempts and averaged better than a point per minute, totaling 37 points in 35 minutes off the bench. His point total is the nation's highest off the bench this season and ties for the nation's 18th-best overall total while his 10 treys are tied for the nation's highest game total. Overall, Bader posted 12-of-18 shooting and converted all three free throw attempts while adding three rebounds and two assists in the win over SDSU. Two nights later, Bader scored 12 points, connecting on four threes, while adding four rebounds and one steal against North Dakota State. For the week, Bader averaged 24.5 points per game and shot .583 (14-24) from beyond the arc.
