IPFW's Carter DeBoe and South Dakota State's
Stephen Bougher were named The Summit League's
Baseball Player and Pitcher of the Week for their performances
March 5-11.

WEEK

So., OF/DH (Holland, Mich./Hamilton)
DeBoe earns his first career Player of the Week honor after
recording a 1.077 slugging percentage and collecting five
extra-base hits last week. The sophomore had a pair of multi-hit
games, including a 2-for-2 performance with a home run in the win
over Butler in game two of the series. On the week, DeBoe had a
.462 average with four runs scored, four RBI, three doubles, a
triple, a homer, three walks and a stolen base. He also registered
a .588 on-base percentage in the four-game series and leads the
Mastodons in extra-base hits and RBI.

Jr., RHP (Papillion, Neb./Papillion La Vista South)
Bougher collects
his second career Pitcher of the Week award after tossing a
complete game shutout over Arkansas-Pine Bluff last week. The
junior surrendered just two hits, both singles, over seven innings
in the 11-0 win. Bougher had three strikeouts and walked two
batters.
