Fort Wayne's Muadi Named Player of the Week

ELMHURST, Ill. – Fort Wayne's Martin Muadi was named as The Summit League's men's tennis player of the week for his performance Feb. 19-Feb. 25.

Muadi nabs his second career honor and first of the season, after posting a pair of singles victories during the week. Against No. 50 Michigan State, Muadi notched a three-set victory (6-4, 3-6, 10-4) over Christian Roehmer at No. 6 singles to account for his team's lone point. Earlier in the week, Muadi rallied for a three-set win (4-6, 6-0, 6-0) over Ball State's Austin Sansone. In the match against BSU, Muadi also teamed for an 8-4 doubles victory. Muadi owns a 7-5 singles record this season.
