UNO's Bosiljevac, IUPUI's Guzman Named Players of the Week
ELMHURST, Ill. – Omaha's Monica Bosiljevac was named The Summit League's Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week while IUPUI's Giselle Guzman was named the Defensive Player of the Week for their performances Sept. 16-22.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Bosiljevac collects her first career Offensive Player of the Week award after netting a pair of goals last week for the Mavericks. In Friday's match at Creighton, the senior scored a goal in the 52nd minute to tie the score at 2-2. She followed that by scoring the equalizer from 30 yards out in the 69th minute of Sunday's 1-1 draw with Missouri State. Bosiljevac now has three goals and seven points this season.

Guzman earns her second career Defensive Player of the Week honor after making 13 total saves in two matches last week. The senior made five stops, leaving the match after 65 minutes with a 1-0 lead in the eventual draw with Ball State and had eight saves in the 1-0 loss to Butler. For the week, Guzman allowed just one goal to a pair of teams with a combined 11-3-2 record in 155 minutes of action. She recorded a 0.58 goals against average and .929 save percentage.
