IUPUI's Goss Earns Player of the Week Honors
ELMHURST, Ill. – IUPUI guard DeAirra Goss was named The Summit League's Women's Basketball Player of the Week for her performances Jan. 20-26.

Goss earns her second-straight Player of the Week award after leading IUPUI to a victory over Fort Wayne in a battle of teams tied for second place. The senior guard scored 26 points on 10-of-16 shooting from the floor. She also grabbed four rebounds, dished out four assists and had a pair of steals. Goss connected on her lone three-point attempt in the game and went 5-of-7 (71 percent) from the free throw line. Defensively, the Indianapolis native held Summit League Preseason Player of the Year Amanda Hyde, who was averaging 22.8 ppg on the year and 27.8 ppg in league contests, to 13 points in the game.
