Omaha's Stepp Named Women's Swimmer of the Week

ELMHURST, Ill. – Omaha's Morgan Stepp was named The Summit League Women's Swimmer of the Week for her performances Dec. 9-15.

Stepp earns her second career Swimmer of the Week award after recorded three first-place finishes in Omaha's dual meet with UNI. The sophomore registered a personal season-best time of 2:07.23 in the 200-yard butterfly, which ranks fourth in The Summit League. She also clocked times of 2:24.05 in the 200-yard breaststroke and 2:09.7 in the 200-yard IM. She also competed on UNO's 200-yard medley relay team that placed second with a time of 1:51.67.

No men's award was given as no teams competed.
