South Dakota State’s Yeager, Budahl Garner Swimmer of the Week Honors
ELMHURST, Ill. – South Dakota State's Blake Yeager and Andrea Budahl were named The Summit League's Swimmers of the Week for their performances Feb. 4-10, marking the final awards of the season.
MEN'S SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
Blake Yeager, South Dakota State
Jr. // Crown Point, Ind.
Yeager earns his first career Swimmer of the Week award after a pair of top-10 finishes at the Minnesota Challenge. The junior clocked a 1,650 free time of 16:19.80 to take third and finish the regular season ranked 10th in the league. He also finished eighth in the 200 free (1:44.85).

WOMEN'S SWIMMER OF THE WEEK

Budahl captures the third weekly honor of her career and second this season after a trio of top-four finishes, including an event win, at the Minnesota Challenge. The senior won the 500 free touching the wall at 5:07.01. She also claimed a runner-up finish in the 200 fly (2:07.63), clocking the second-fastest league time of the season and took fourth in the 200 free (1:54.65).
