ELMHURST, Ill. – Denver's Diogo Rocha was named as The Summit League's Men's Tennis Player of the Week following his performance April 8-14.

Rocha collected his league-best third honor of the season after winning a pair of Summit League singles and doubles matches during the week. Playing the No. 2 singles position, Rocha notched straight-set wins over South Dakota State's Parker Lawley (3 and 1) and IUPUI's Alex Toliver (4 and 2) in Denver victories. He also contributed to the Pioneers' doubles point in each match, teaming with Fabio Biasion for an 8-0 win over SDSU's tandem of Moreira/Notkin and an 8-3 victory against IUPUI's tandem of Bradley/Gans. Rocha improved to 16-6 in singles play and 15-7 in doubles matches this season.
