USD’s Testa, Hertting Claim Initial Diver of the Week Awards

ELMHURST, Ill. – South Dakota's Chase Testa was named Summit League Men's Diver of the Week while teammate Greysen Hertting earned Women's Diver of the Week for their performances during the week of Oct. 5-11.

CHASE TESTA, SOUTH DAKOTA
Sr.  // Montevideo, Minn.

  • Collects his first career Summit League Diver of the Week award
  • Senior claimed titles in both the one-meter and three-meter diving events
  • Helped South Dakota defeat league-rival Western Illinois over the weekend
  • His winning scores of 253.95 (one-meter) and 260.18 (three-meter) are tops in the league this season

GREYSEN HERTTING, SOUTH DAKOTA
Jr. // Appleton, Wis.

  • Extends her league record by being named Summit League Diver of the Week for the 21st time in her career
  • Swept the one-meter and three-meter dives in two meets over the weekend to claim four individual victories
  • Currently has the highest scores in the league in both the one-meter (267.75) and three-meter (311.20) dives
  • Helped propel the Coyotes to a pair of duel wins over Western Illinois and Minnesota State-Mankato
