IUPUI’s Minnich, IPFW’s Dunning Named #SummitWSOC Players of the Week

ELMHURST, Ill. – IUPUI forward Tori Minnich was named Summit League Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Fort Wayne goalkeeper Kiley Dunning garnered the league's Defensive Player of the Week award for their performances Sept. 21-27.

TORI MINNICH, IUPUI

  • Collected her third career Offensive Player of the Week award and league-leading second this season
  • Scored game-winning goal in 2-1 victory at Indiana State
  • Victory was IUPUI's first against Indiana State since 2009, ending a five-game winless streak in the series
  • Leads Summit League with three game-winning and ranks second in goals (six)

  • Earned first career Defensive Player of the Week honor
  • Posted a victory and tie along with 13 saves and an .867 save percentage during week
  • Made nine saves vs. Detroit to record second consecutive shutout  
  • Extended scoreless streak to 225 minutes before it was snapped in victory over Robert Morris
