IUPUI’s Berger and Somhegyi Claim Diver of the Week Award

ELMHURST, Ill. – IUPUI's Melissa Berger and Krisztian Somhegyi earned Diver of the Week award for their performances during the week of Oct. 17-23.

MELISSA BERGER, IUPUI
Sr. // Nappanee, Ind.

  • Earned her third Summit League Diver of the Week and collects her first honor this season
  • Swept the one-meter dive and three-meter dive in the meet against Wright State this past weekend to claim two individual victories
  • Recorded a 250.73 in the one-meter and a 270.83 in the three-meter

KRISZTIAN SOMHEGYI, IUPUI
So. // Gyal, Hungary

  • Earned his sixth Summit League Diver of the Week and first this season
  • Swept the one-meter dive and three-meter dive in the meet against Wright State
  • His score of 303.83 on the one-meter and 350.70 on the three-meter helped him claim two victories
