IUPUI’s Berger and Somhegyi Claim Diver of the Week Award

ELMHURST, Ill. – IUPUI's Melissa Berger earned Summit League Women's Diver of the Week and IUPUI's Krisztian Somhegyi earned Summit League Men's Diver of the Week award for their performances during the week of Nov. 14-20.

MELISSA BERGER, IUPUI
Sr. // Nappanee, Ind.

  • Earned her fourth career Summit League Diver of the Week and second honor this season
  • Swept the one-meter dive and three-meter dive in the House of Champions meet
  • Recorded a 248.05 in the one-meter and a 275.40 in the three-meter

  • Earned his eighth Summit League Diver of the Week award and third this season
  • He won the one-meter dive with a score of 297.45
  • Finished first in the three-meter with a 359.30
  • He had a winning score in the platform also with a 372.10
  • He currently holds the top three diving scores in the league
