ELMHURST, Ill. – Western Illinois' Courtney Lubbers was named Summit League Women's Tennis Player of the Week for her performance March 1-7.

- Collected second career Player of the Week honor and first of the season
- Won pair of matches at No. 1 singles in straight-sets
- Defeated IUPUI's Valeriia Lavrenchuk (4 and 0) in a league match
- Notched wins at No. 1 singles (3 and 0 over Olivia Hedford) and No. 1 doubles (6-4) to lead team to victory over Green Bay
