ELMHURST, Ill. – Denver's Yannik James was named Summit League Men's Tennis Player of the Week for his performance Feb. 7-13.

- Collected his third career Player of the Week award and first of the season
- Defeated South Dakota State's Marco Paulo Castro, 3 and 2, at No. 2 singles
- Teamed for a 6-0 victory at No. 1 doubles over SDSU's tandem of Higham/Styles
- Helped Denver post a 7-0 victory in its Summit League opener
