ELMHURST, Ill. – Denver's Yannik James was named Summit League Men's Tennis Player of the Week for his performance March 21-27.

Earned his fifth career Player of the Week honor and third this season
Went 3-0 at No. 1 singles during the week, including a pair of straight-set victories
Rallied for a 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 victory over UNLV's Jakob Amilon in a 4-1 team win
Posted wins over Rice's Jamie Malik (4 and 4) and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi's Kevin Bettendroffer (1 and 1)
Teamed for No. 1 doubles wins over UNLV's duo (6-1) and Rice's tandem (6-4)
Improved his season singles record to 11-4 and doubles mark to 7-4
