Denver Sweeps #SummitSD Weekly Awards
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The holiday season is right around the corner, and with many teams on holiday breaks and trips, there's still one more week of honors to distribute. For the Denver Pioneers, they put together quite the display at the Big Al Invitational in Princeton, N.J., as both their #SummitSD swimmers of the week recorded NCAA B Standard times.
Female Swimmer of the Week
Josie Valette, Denver
Sr. | Boulder, Colo.
• Recorded two NCAA B Standard times in the 100 Fly (twice), 200 Fly and 200 Breast at the Princeton-hosted Big Al Invitational
• Her 200 Fly time of 1:58.62 ranks 58th in the nation and 100 Fly time of 52.38 stands 63rd overall
• Finished in the top-four in all seven events competed in
• Earned second career swimmer of the week accolade

Cameron Auchinachie, Denver
So. | Binghamton, N.Y.
• Recorded event wins in seven different events at the Princeton-hosted Big Al Invitational
• Swam in the first leg of school-record times in both the 200 Medley (19.17/1:17.40) and 400 Medley Relay (42.16/3:10.97)
• Posted 10 NCAA B Standard times and was a part of the Pioneers' Automatic qualifying time in the 200 Free Relay (1:17.40) which is a school record
• Fourth career swimmer of the week honor
