The Summit League Announces the 13th Swimming and Diving Weekly Awards

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The 13th edition of The Summit League swimming and diving weekly awards is here. Denver and South Dakota earned this week's swimmer of the week honors while South Dakota and South Dakota State split the diving awards this week.
Female Swimmer of the Week
Annelyse Tullier, Denver
Sr. | Dallas, Texas
• Moden won two events in Denver's dual victory against Air Force. She also finished second and third in additional events
• Her two wins came in the 500-yard freestyle (4:53.49) and the 200-yard medley relay, 27.90 (1:39.39)
• Her second-place finished came in the 200-yard freestyle (1:51.13) and the third-place finish was in the 50-yard backstroke (26.05)
• This is her third career Summit League Swimmer of the Week honor, and second this season

Male Swimmer of the Week
Caden DeLay, South Dakota
Fr. | Columbia, Mo.
• Delay swam in multiple events at the Coyote Invite, highlighted by four first-place finishes and a second-place finish
• His four wins came in the 100-yard breaststroke (56.95), 200-yard breaststroke (2:08.27), 200-yard freestyle (1:26.23) and the 200-yard medley relay: 26.10, breaststroke leg (1:36.82)
• Set a new personal best in 100-yard breaststroke while also setting the 7th best time in USD history in the 50 free
• This is his first career swimmer of the week honor

Female Diver of the Week
Sarah Schank, South Dakota
Sr. | Cottage Grove, Minn.
• She won the 1-meter dive with a score of 256.15. This was her eighth individual win in the 1-meter dive
• She won the 3-meter dive with a score of 287.40. This was her seventh individual win in the 3-meter dive
• This is her 10th career diver of the week honor, fifth of the season and fourth consecutive honor

Male Diver of the Week
Joey Weber, South Dakota State
Sr. | Omaha, Neb.
• Won the 1-meter dive with a score of 324.90 while also setting a new team best score in the 1-meter dive
• Finished second in the 3-meter dive with a score of 303.15
• This is his sixth career diver of the week honor and second of the season
