North Dakota rookie Sitar claims weekly honor
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. –North Dakota men's tennis athlete Nejc Sitar earned the title of this week's Summit League Athlete of the Week after helping the Fighting Hawks to their first conference victory as a member of the league. This is the first honor for Sitar.

- At the No. 1 spot in singles, defeated last season's Summit League Player of the Year Igor Kolaric of Illinois State in straight sets
- He and teammate Lukas Buth won their doubles match 6-4 at the top spot
- Improved his overall marks to 5-9 in singles and 9-6 in doubles
