The Summit League Announces Week 10 Softball Awards
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota State and South Dakota split The Summit League Player and Pitcher of the Week honors for the third time this season. Bison senior KK Leddy has been named The Summit League Pitcher of the Week while the Coyotes' Jessica Rogers earns player of the week honors.
North Dakota State's Leddy earned her fourth pitcher of the week honor of the season after throwing the Summit League's first no-hitter of the season. Leddy has helped the Bison win 20 straight games and 11 consecutive League games dating back to last year. Rogers, a four-time player of the week honoree a season ago, picked up her first honor this season. She had an impressive weekend at the plate for the Coyotes, posting a .667 batting average that helped lead USD to a sweep of North Dakota and to their ninth straight Summit League victory.

• Posted a .667 batting average with six hits in nine at-bats
• Hit six hits consisted of three doubles and two home runs for a slugging percentage of 1.667
• Drove in three runs while scoring three as well
• She hit her 30th career home run and 114th career RBI
• This is her fifth career player of the week honor and first of the season

• She threw the first Summit League softball no-hitter of the season and the first of her career
• In seven innings of work, she struck out five
• Helped lead the Bison to a double-header sweep of South Dakota State and their 20th consecutive victory, the fourth longest streak in League history
• This is her fifth career, fourth of the season and second-straight pitcher of the week honor
