Bean claims first weekly #SummitGF honor of spring season
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Denver's Allyson Bean claimed the first #SummitGF weekly female accolade of the 2020 season after tying for second at Arizona State's Tri-Match in the Desert this past Sunday. The host and second-ranked Sun Devils edged both of their competitors by a single stroke, finishing at 287 (-1) in the 18-hole team event.
This is the first career weekly honor for Bean, who now has four top-10 finishes in her brief collegiate career, including a seventh-place finish at The 2019 Summit League Championship.
