Denver and Eastern Illinois Earn #SummitSD Accolades
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The 13th edition of The Summit League swimming and diving weekly awards is here. Denver and Eastern Illinois earned this week's swimmer of the week honors while the Pioneers swept the diving awards this week.
Female Swimmer of the Week
Andi Johnston, Denver
Sr. | Fort Collins, Colo.
• Placed first in two events in a spring championship dual win at Air Force
• Earned her second win in the 200 Free (1:50.82) and fourth win in the 500 Free (5:00.05) this season
• Second career swimmer of the week honor
Also nominated: Sabrina Chu, Eastern Illinois; Olivia Leslie, Western Illinois
Co-Male Swimmer of the Week
Sid Farber, Denver
R-Jr. | Portland, Ore.
• Earned four different NCAA B cuts in the 50 Free, three in individual races and one as the leadoff leg in the 200 Free Relay Air Force
• Finished first in the 50 Free final (19.45), 200 Free Relay (1:19.83) and 200 Medley Relay (1:27.72)
• This is his fourth career swimmer of the week accolade
Co-Male Swimmer of the Week
Scott House, Eastern Illinois
Jr. | Elizabethtown, Ky.
• Won three of four events against Western Illinois
• Placed first in the 50 Free (21.21), 100 Free (46.21) and 200 Free Relay (1:26.93)
• Also finished second in the 400 Medley Relay (3:36.13)
• Fourth career swimmer of the week honor

Female Diver of the Week
Sammy Walker, Denver
Sr. | Los Gatos, Calif.
• Earned NCAA Zone qualifications in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives at Air Force
• Finished 26.23 points over the minimum standard for the 3-meter with a second-place score of 306.23
• Also placed third in the 1-meter with a score of 265.80
• Sixth career diver of the week honor and third this season

Fr. | Olalla, Wash.
• Earned his first collegiate victory in a dual against Air Force
• Placed first out of seven divers in the 1-meter with a score of 289.43
• Second diver of the week honor this season
